Quick Answer: What Are the Best Parakeet AI Alternatives?

The best Parakeet AI alternative depends on what you need: OphyAI for a lower monthly price plus practice, resume and job-search tools, Verve AI for a free monthly plan, LockedIn AI or Interview Sidekick for flat-rate plans, and Final Round AI or Sensei AI for other plan shapes. On September 29, 2026 Parakeet AI listed an Unlimited plan at $149.90 a month, $599.90 a year or $78 a week, and credit packs starting at 1 credit for $38 (a credit covers 60 minutes of calls). We make OphyAI, so read our rows with that in mind. You can try the live-interview side with OphyAI Interview Copilot and rehearse in OphyAI Interview Practice. The Tools

1. OphyAI

Best for: one price covering live help, mock practice and job-search tools.

Interview Copilot gives real-time answer suggestions during Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet interviews with a live transcript. Pro is $29 a month with 300 credits, about 20 Standard Copilot sessions; Premium is $59 with 500 credits and includes Coding Interview. Where offered, a $9.99 Interview Pass covers one Standard session up to 2 hours. OphyAI also includes Interview Practice, Resume Builder, Application Assistant, Job Search and a free Application Tracker. Honest trade-off: OphyAI is credit-based rather than flat-rate unlimited, and it supports 35 languages against Parakeet’s 50+. See the OphyAI pricing page.

2. Verve AI

Best for: trying a free monthly plan before paying.

Its free plan lists three 15-minute Copilot sessions, 5 mock interviews and 14 AI tools, no card. Standard is $44.99 a month and Pro $84.99 month to month, with lower annual rates. Its own comparison pages quote different numbers than its pricing page, so use the pricing page. See our Verve AI review.

3. LockedIn AI

Best for: flat-rate plans with no session count.

Unlimited General showed $54.99 a month as 50% off a struck-through $109.98, with Unlimited Professional at $119.99 and a Credits plan at $69.99. Its refund policy says monthly and quarterly plans are non-refundable once started. See our LockedIn AI alternatives roundup and review.

4. Interview Sidekick

Best for: a one-time pass instead of a subscription.

Its only paid plan showed $80 a month as a 50% promotion off $160, or $159 for a one-time 90-day pass that does not auto-renew. Its FAQ says all sales are final. See our Interview Sidekick alternatives roundup and review.

5. Final Round AI

Best for: candidates who want a large feature set and accept a higher price.

Monthly was $150, quarterly $250 and yearly $300 on the public plans page, and its homepage says there is no free trial for live sessions. It offers a 3-day (72-hour) refund. See our Final Round AI review and pricing explainer.

6. Sensei AI

Best for: annual buyers who want a low effective monthly price.

PRO was $89 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly (about $288 a year by our arithmetic). Free users get 15-minute sessions. Its homepage FAQ says it does not offer refunds. See our Sensei AI review.

Where Parakeet AI Is the Better Choice

Be fair to Parakeet AI. It gives more free time than most rivals: 10 free sessions of up to 10 minutes each plus one free 10-minute mock interview, no card. Its credits never expire, so someone with one interview coming can buy a single credit for $38 and pay nothing further. It supports 50+ languages, lets you choose between Gemini, GPT and Claude models per session, handles phone calls over Google Voice and lists coding support with a screenshot button. If you want a flat price for unlimited sessions, its $599.90 yearly plan works out to $49.99 a month. Read the full Parakeet AI review for the detail.

Pricing Compared

On September 29, 2026 Parakeet AI’s Unlimited plan was $149.90 a month, $599.90 a year (shown as $49.99 a month) or $78 a week. Credit packs were 3 credits for $59, 8 credits for $118 (6 plus 2 free), 15 credits for $177 (9 plus 6 free) and a single credit for $38. Half a credit buys a 30-minute call session, so 1 credit is 60 minutes. The Prepare tools, such as the Resume Maker and headshots, cost extra credits or a separate monthly fee, and its refund policy covers unused purchases within 7 days only.

OphyAI Pro is $29 a month (300 credits) and Premium $59 a month (500 credits); annual billing is 20% off. For a single interview, the $9.99 Interview Pass covers one Standard session up to 2 hours where offered. Parakeet is flat-rate unlimited and OphyAI is credit-based, so heavy users should compare the number of sessions they expect. How We Compared

We read each vendor’s pricing, FAQ and refund pages on September 29, 2026 and recorded the numbers with source URLs in our fact sheets. Promotional prices are labelled as promotions. Vendor claims such as invisibility, user counts and ratings are not repeated as facts, and we did not test detection. Prices change often, so confirm on the vendor’s site.

How to Choose

• You have one or two interviews: compare free access first, then consider a one-time option such as Parakeet’s single credit or OphyAI’s $9.99 Interview Pass where offered.
• You have many interviews in a month: compare flat-rate plans against OphyAI’s credits.
• You want one tool for the whole search: OphyAI bundles practice, resume and applications, while Parakeet’s Prepare tools are a resume maker, headshots and mock interviews.
• Refunds matter: Parakeet allows 7 days for unused purchases; Final Round AI allows 3 days; LockedIn AI, Interview Sidekick and Sensei AI are strict. Read each policy before paying.
• Your employer’s rules: check whether AI help is allowed; our tracker of employers that allow AI in interviews helps.
