One interview costs $38. The smallest purchase is 1 credit.
Strict refunds. A 7-day window for accidental or unused purchases only. After any paid use the purchase is not eligible, remaining credits are not partly refunded, it is one refund per person, and refunds can take 5-10 business days.
Browser limits. Browser sessions need desktop Chrome. Mocks run only in a desktop browser (not the app or a phone), last a fixed 30 minutes (10 when free), and cannot be extended or restarted.
Practice feedback is not described. The mock page describes an AI interviewer that follows up, drafted answers and a saved transcript; scored or per-answer feedback is not published.
Resume downloads cost extra. Building is free, but there is no free download: each new PDF version costs 0.5 credit unless your plan covers it.

Count your interviews. One interview: a $9.99 OphyAI Interview Pass (where offered) costs far less than Parakeet AI’s $38 credit. A busy month: OphyAI Pro covers about 20 Standard sessions for $29. Many interviews in one week: Parakeet AI’s $78 weekly Unlimited plan removes all counting.
