Quick Answer and Verdict: Is LockedIn AI Good?

LockedIn AI is a real, feature-heavy interview assistant with native apps on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android, and its unlimited plans suit anyone with a packed interview calendar. On September 29, 2026 its cheapest plan cost $54.99 a month (shown as 50% off a $109.98 standard price), monthly and quarterly plans are non-refundable once started, and its own pages disagree with each other on users, languages and free minutes.

Who it fits: candidates with many interviews in a month, people who want a human helper (LockedIn Duo) or a Chrome or VS Code extension. Who it does not fit: anyone with one or two interviews coming up, or anyone who wants to test with a clear price first. For that group, OphyAI Interview Copilot costs less to start, and you can rehearse the same round in OphyAI Interview Practice before the live call.

What LockedIn AI Is

LockedIn AI (a trade name of Cyber Gravity LLC, a US limited liability company, per its terms of service) sells a real-time interview assistant that “listens to your interview, analyzes questions, and provides real-time answers, code solutions, and live coaching.” Its homepage lists four core features: Interview Copilot, Remote Assist (called Duo), Coding Copilot and Online Assessment. It also offers voice mock interviews with scored reports and a set of free career tools such as a resume builder, cover letter generator and job tracker.

How it hears the callCaptures system audio rather than integrating with each meeting app

Coding12 languages listed; LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeSignal, CoderPad and others named; the help center describes a screenshot workflow

Session lengthPaid sessions end at 120 minutes (60 for mock), even on unlimited plans

LockedIn AI Pricing (Checked September 29, 2026)

The pricing page renders prices in the browser, and we read each tab from a US connection. Every web price was shown at “50% off” a struck-through standard price, with a site-wide banner and a countdown timer (code LOCKIN50). Treat these as promotional prices that can change.

PlanMonthly3 months (monthly equivalent)Includes
Unlimited General$54.99 (was $109.98)$39.99Unlimited interview sessions (coding, meeting, online assessment) plus unlimited mock, 2-hour cap per session. No Duo, no Stealth Mode
Unlimited Professional$119.99 (was $239.98)$79.99Everything in General plus Duo and Stealth Mode
Credits$69.99 (was $139.98) for 400 Copilot minutes$49.99 for 20 hours per 3 monthsDuo and Stealth Mode included, mock at half rate
Lifetime Pro$999.50 one time (was $1,999)n/aPro entitlements, including Duo and Stealth Mode

Other pricing details:

  • No single-interview product. The smallest paid options are the Credits plans.
  • No annual price on the page. The pricing page shows Monthly and 3 Months tabs only, although its refund policy and help center still mention annual plans.
  • App prices are higher. The iPhone app lists Unlimited Monthly at $139.99 and Credits Monthly at $84.99, and its FAQ says the app-store commission is built into the in-app price.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew at the then-current price. Cancel in the web app, not the desktop app.

What LockedIn AI Does Well

  • No session count on Unlimited plans. If you expect a heavy month of interviews, a flat monthly price with a 2-hour cap per session is easier to plan around than credits.
  • Reach. Native Windows and Mac apps, iPhone and Android apps, a Chrome extension (4.5 from 71 ratings, third-party) and a VS Code and Cursor extension.
  • Duo. A human helper on every paid plan except General is a feature OphyAI does not offer.
  • Free minutes. The help center says unlimited 5-minute free sessions, up to 60 free minutes a day, no card. That is more total free time than OphyAI’s single 15-minute first session.

Limitations and Watch-Outs

  • Refunds are narrow. Its refund policy (updated September 17, 2026) says monthly and quarterly plans are “Non-refundable once started,” with a partial refund for annual plans cancelled within 7 days. The pricing page still shows a “Money-back guarantee” badge that no page defines.
  • Promotional pricing. The standard prices behind the “50% off” are $109.98, $239.98 and $139.98 a month. Check what you will pay on renewal.
  • Its pages disagree with each other. Users range from 10,000+ to 1M+ across pages, spoken languages from 42 to “over 100”, and free time between 5 minutes (help center) and 10 minutes (Copilot page). We treat all of these as vendor claims.
  • Third-party reviews are thin. Trustpilot shows no rating for the company and says the rating “is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines,” with 120 reviews listed. The Apple App Store shows 3.9 from 15 ratings. G2 has no reviews. Google Play displays no star rating (1K+ downloads).
  • Stealth and undetectability claims. We could not verify them and do not repeat them. Whether an assistant is allowed depends on the employer, so read companies that allow AI in interviews and ask your recruiter.

To be fair, LockedIn’s unlimited plans and Lifetime option have no OphyAI equivalent: OphyAI plans are credit-based. On annual billing, OphyAI Pro is $278 a year (20% off) and Premium $566.

OphyAI has no $9 plan. The Basic plan was retired in July 2026, so pages showing a $9 Basic plan, Pro at $19 or Premium at $39 are out of date (current pricing). How to Decide

  1. Count your interviews. One or two this month: a free OphyAI first session (eligible new users) plus a $9.99 pass (where offered) or Pro at $29 costs less than a $54.99 month. Many interviews in a row: LockedIn’s Unlimited plans can win.
  2. Read the refund terms. Monthly and quarterly plans are non-refundable once started, so test on the free tier first.
  3. Check your setup. Need Duo, a VS Code extension or a native mobile app today? Point to LockedIn. Want practice, resume and application tools in the same account? Point to OphyAI.
  4. Confirm the employer allows it and follow their rules. See is using an interview copilot ethical or cheating.
  5. Rehearse before the live call. Practice the hardest round in OphyAI Interview Practice, then use Copilot on the day. Start practicing →

LockedIn AI is good for heavy users: unlimited plans with a 2-hour cap per session, native desktop and phone apps, a Chrome and VS Code extension, and a human helper called Duo. The trade-offs on September 29, 2026 were promotional pricing ($54.99 to $119.99 a month), non-refundable monthly plans, and public numbers that vary from page to page.

Is LockedIn AI legit?

Yes. It is operated by Cyber Gravity LLC, a US limited liability company named in its terms of service, and it publishes a refund policy and terms updated September 17, 2026. Third-party review signals are thin: Trustpilot shows no rating, the App Store shows 3.9 from 15 ratings and G2 has no reviews, so read the refund terms before paying.

How much does LockedIn AI cost per month?

The 3-month plans work out to $39.99, $79.99 and $49.99 a month. Lifetime Pro was $999.50 one time. Prices in the iPhone app are higher, for example $139.99 for Unlimited Monthly.

Does LockedIn AI have a free trial?

Yes. Its help center says new accounts get unlimited 5-minute free sessions, up to 60 free minutes a day, with no card, though its Copilot page says 10 minutes and the help center says the limits can change. For comparison, OphyAI gives eligible new users one Standard Copilot session free for up to 15 minutes, no card.

Can I get a refund from LockedIn AI?

Mostly no. Its refund policy, updated September 17, 2026, says monthly and quarterly plans are non-refundable once started, annual plans get a partial refund if cancelled within 7 days, and billing errors must be reported within 7 days. Its pricing page shows a money-back guarantee badge that no policy page defines, so ask support in writing.

What are the pros and cons of LockedIn AI?

Pros: unlimited sessions on the Unlimited plans, Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android apps, extensions for Chrome and VS Code, Duo, a Lifetime plan and a free tier. Cons: promotional pricing, no single-interview option, non-refundable monthly plans, higher in-app prices, and inconsistent numbers for users, languages and free minutes across its own pages.

What is a cheaper alternative to LockedIn AI?

For one or two interviews, OphyAI costs less: Pro is $29 a month with 300 credits (about 20 Standard Copilot sessions of up to 2 hours), Premium is $59 with 500 credits, and a $9.99 Interview Pass covers one session where offered. LockedIn is better value for heavy use. See our LockedIn AI alternatives page.
