Quick Answer and Quick Verdict

LeetCode Wizard is a Windows and Mac desktop app that reads a coding problem from your screen, lists possible algorithms, and generates commented code with tests and a complexity analysis; Pro costs €49 a month, billed in euros, with no refunds (checked October 20, 2026). The closest OphyAI alternative is Coding Interview on Premium ($59 a month): screenshot the problem, get a streamed approach and code. Practice the coding and behavioral rounds first in Interview Practice, and use Interview Copilot for live recruiter and behavioral calls.

Pick LeetCode Wizard if every remaining round is a LeetCode-style problem and you want unlimited uses and a choice of AI models. Pick OphyAI if you want mock rounds with feedback, help in the rounds that are not coding, and US dollar billing.

Where LeetCode Wizard Is a Better Fit

  • Unlimited uses on one flat plan. The Pro card lists “Unlimited uses” for €49 a month. OphyAI uses credits: a Coding Interview session costs 15 of Premium’s 500 monthly credits, so heavy users should do the math.
  • Algorithm choice before code. It first shows a list of possible algorithms, sorted from worst to best time complexity, then writes code for the one you pick, with edge-case tests and a time and space complexity analysis. That helps you learn the trade-offs.
  • Model choice. Its help center says it offers over 220 AI models, with GPT-5-2 as the default (page updated January 6, 2026).
  • Older Macs. It supports macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later and ships both Intel and Apple silicon builds.
  • A free LeetCode study aid. The free trial is limited to LeetCode.com, which is a fair way to study worked solutions on real practice problems. Its company problem database (last updated August 19, 2026) is also free to browse.

Where OphyAI Is a Better Fit

  • Mock rounds with feedback. Interview Practice runs a coding or system design mock with follow-up questions, a transcript and per-answer feedback. LeetCode Wizard has no mock interview product. Pair Practice with our coding interview examples and solutions and the system design interview guide.
  • Rounds that are not coding. A typical software loop also has a recruiter screen, a behavioral round and a hiring manager chat. LeetCode Wizard only reads coding problems; Interview Copilot listens to the conversation and works in 35 languages.
  • A free try in a real meeting. LeetCode Wizard’s trial only reads LeetCode.com. OphyAI’s free first Copilot session (up to 15 minutes, eligible new users, no card) runs in an actual Zoom, Teams or Meet call.
  • Prep beyond the call. Resume Builder, Application Assistant, Job Search and the free Application Tracker live in the same account, and the iPhone and Android apps cover practice, resumes and job search on the go.
  • Dollar pricing and an annual option. OphyAI bills in US dollars with 20% off annual plans. LeetCode Wizard’s terms say “All payments shall be in Euros,” monthly only, with sales tax added where required.
  • Clear positioning. LeetCode Wizard’s page title calls it a “Coding Interview Cheating App.” Interview Practice is useful whether or not an employer allows AI in the live round, because the practice happens before it.

Screen sharing, honestly. The OphyAI desktop app runs on Mac (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows 10 (version 2004 or later) and Windows 11, 64-bit. Its live answer window is excluded from screen sharing and screen recording by the operating system, so Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams do not show it, even on a full-screen share. That does not hide it from a camera pointed at the screen, a person in the room, or proctoring software that inspects running apps. More detail: can Zoom, Teams and Meet see overlay apps.

LeetCode Wizard markets itself as unseen by screen-sharing software and, as of January 2026, says it “has never been detected” in its own tests; its homepage also claims a 93% pass rate in its own tests “As of October 2026” (checked October 20, 2026). Those are vendor claims with no published method, and we have not tested them. Its own help page lists exceptions: the app still shows in macOS native screen recording and in Zoom on macOS, and its FAQ says some screen-sharing software circumvents the flags it uses to hide the app. We do not repeat its evasion features here.

Pricing Compared

LeetCode Wizard prices from its pricing page, FAQ and terms, checked October 20, 2026; OphyAI prices current in October 2026. Prices change, so check before you buy.

LeetCode Wizard bills in euros, so the dollar, pound or Canadian dollar charge depends on your card’s exchange rate; we do not quote a converted figure. On OphyAI, a Coding Interview session uses 15 credits, as does a Standard Copilot session, and Pro’s 300 credits cover about 20 Standard Copilot sessions.

There is no $9 OphyAI plan: Basic was retired in July 2026, so pages showing Basic at $9, Pro at $19 or Premium at $39 are out of date. For every rival side by side, see the AI interview copilot pricing comparison.

How to Decide

  1. List your remaining rounds. If only LeetCode-style problems are left, either tool covers the coding part. If a recruiter, behavioral or system design conversation remains, OphyAI covers it in the same plan.
  2. Check the rules first. Many online assessments are proctored and many employers forbid outside help in live and take-home rounds. A list of platforms a tool runs on says nothing about what the employer allows. Read the candidate instructions, ask the recruiter, and check our tracker of companies that allow AI in interviews.
  3. Budget for no refunds. LeetCode Wizard’s subscriptions are non-refundable even if you cancel mid-month. Use its LeetCode.com trial, or OphyAI’s free session, before paying either.
  4. Check your machine. LeetCode Wizard needs Windows 10 or 11 or macOS 11 or later. OphyAI’s desktop app needs Windows 10 version 2004 or later (64-bit) or Windows 11, or a Mac on Apple Silicon or Intel; get it from the OphyAI download page. The Windows installer is not code-signed yet, so choose More info, then Run anyway if Windows warns you.
  5. Rehearse. Run a timed coding mock in Interview Practice, review the feedback, then try Coding Interview on a practice problem before any live round.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best LeetCode Wizard alternative?

It depends on your loop. If you need help across coding, system design and behavioral rounds plus mock interviews with feedback, OphyAI Premium at $59 a month includes Coding Interview, Interview Copilot and Interview Practice. If you want another coding-first desktop app, compare Interview Coder and Interview Solver, which we cover on separate dated pages.

How much does LeetCode Wizard cost?

On October 20, 2026 its pricing page showed one paid plan, Pro, at €49 a month with unlimited uses, and its FAQ says it can be canceled at any time. Its terms say all payments are in euros, sales tax is added where required, and the billing cycle is monthly. No annual or lifetime plan is listed.

Does LeetCode Wizard have a free trial?

Yes, with a catch. The trial is free and needs no credit card, but its FAQ says “The trial version can only be used on LeetCode.com,” and a subscription is needed for any other platform or a real interview. That makes the trial a study aid for LeetCode problems rather than a test of the paid product in an interview setting.

Can I get a refund from LeetCode Wizard?

No. Its refund policy (last updated September 9, 2024) says “All subscription purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable,” including any unused part of a billing period after you cancel. You can cancel in the desktop app or by email, and the vendor says cancellation is processed within 48 hours. It recommends trying the free trial first.

Does LeetCode Wizard work on Mac and Windows?

Yes. Its FAQ lists Windows 10, Windows 11 and macOS 11 (Big Sur) or higher, and the download page offers Windows, Intel Mac and Apple silicon Mac builds. There is no Linux build. Its help page notes that on macOS the app is not hidden from native screen recording or from Zoom, which needs a settings change.

Is it allowed to use LeetCode Wizard or OphyAI in a coding interview?

Only when the employer allows it. Many assessments are proctored and many employers forbid outside help, so read the instructions and ask the recruiter. No tool can promise you will not be noticed: a camera on the screen, a person in the room, or proctoring software that inspects running apps can still reveal an assistant. Our tracker lists companies with public AI policies.

Is the OphyAI desktop app hidden from screen sharing?

The live answer window is excluded from screen sharing and screen recording by the operating system, so Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams do not show it, even on a full-screen share. It is not hidden from a camera pointed at the screen, a person in the room, or proctoring software that inspects running apps. Check the employer’s rules first.
