Delete your OphyAI account

You can permanently close your account from OphyAI at any time. This page explains the steps and how we handle your data.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to your OphyAI account.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. If you have an active subscription, choose Continue with deletion.
  5. Type delete and select Delete account to confirm.

If you cannot sign in, email ophyai@ophyai.com from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request.”

What happens after deletion

  • Your OphyAI account is immediately deactivated and you can no longer sign in.
  • Any active subscription is cancelled and any remaining credits and plan benefits are removed.
  • Your profile and OphyAI content, including saved documents and interview or application activity, are no longer available through the app.

Data retained after deletion

We retain only the limited information needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and financial recordkeeping. This may include a one-way hash of your email address, your account identifier and deletion date, payment or transaction records, and security logs.

These records are retained only for as long as needed for those purposes or as required by applicable law. They are not available in the OphyAI app and are not used to reactivate your account.
