1. Refund Eligibility by Plan Type

Monthly Plans

Due to the immediate access, real-time AI usage, and high operational costs associated with our monthly subscriptions, we do not offer a money-back guarantee on monthly plans.

Once a monthly plan is purchased:

  • Payments are final
  • No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of use, or expected outcomes
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period

Exception — Product or Technical Issues

You may submit a refund request for a monthly plan only if:

  • There is a verified product malfunction, technical failure, or connection issue that materially prevented use of the Service, and
  • Our internal investigation confirms the issue based on usage data and system logs

Any refund granted under this exception is discretionary, evaluated case-by-case, and not guaranteed.

2. Yearly Plans (3-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We offer a 3-day (72-hour) money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of quarterly and yearly plans.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Request must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase
  • Account usage must be reasonable and limited (e.g., not excessive AI generations, exports, or multiple full interview sessions)
  • Applies only to your first purchase per account
  • Renewals, upgrades, and extensions are non-refundable

3. How to Request a Refund

Email ophyai@ophyai.com with the following information:

  • Account email
  • Purchase date
  • Plan type
  • Reason for request

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
